To request a refund, email us at info@commonthreadsuccessacademy.com and provide us with the following information:

• The name of the course
• The email you use to log into The Common Thread Success Academy
• Your purchase confirmation receipt
• The reason you’re returning the course

While most refunds will be credited immediately, please allow between 2-4 weeks for the refund to process.

There are a few cases where the 30-day guarantee may not be honored.

• If the entire course was completed, or all of the content was downloaded before the refund was requested.
• Users who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period of time constitutes an abuse of this policy, and their account will be subject to suspension.
• If this course was purchased through a 3rd party re-seller (a deal site like Groupon for instance), affiliates or partners and not directly from The Common Thread Success Academy, we are not able to issue the refund ourselves.  Please contact the site you purchased the course from to get your refund. Make sure to include the invoice or confirmation email that you received when you made the purchase. That will include the payment information they need to complete the request.
• We do not offer refunds for courses after the 30 day refund period.
